Refund policy
At Jawgler, our quality standards are very high, because we have the well-being of your pet at heart and your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions about receiving your order, product wear, exchanges or refunds, please contact info@jawgler.com as soon as possible. You must keep the product and your invoice on hand until we process your request.
We do not make any exchanges. If you would like an item other than the one you received, you will need to return it to us using the method below and submit a new order, via our website https://www.jawgler.com.
All items purchased through our website can be returned. Returned items must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be in its original condition (not have been used and/or damaged);
- All tags must be attached to the item;
- A copy of the invoice must be in the return box;
- “RETURN” must legibly be written on the box;
Returned items must be sent to us within 15 days of the date we receive your order.
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price of the item as well as applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying shipping costs on any return, with the carrier of your choice.
Please note: as we cannot guarantee that your monitor settings will accurately reflect colors and formats, we cannot be held responsible if the color and/or format of the product received differs from that displayed on your monitor.
