Our team is committed to ensuring that your order is processed within 24 business hours of receiving it, so that you can receive it as quickly as possible. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

We deliver to addresses within Canada only. Delivery times are 3-9 business days. Any additional delay is the responsibility of the shipping provider. Please contact them directly with your tracking number for any lost packages or abnormal delivery times.

If your order is returned to us because you did not claim it or a wrong address was provided at the time of purchase, we will refund your purchase minus any applicable shipping charges based on your purchase. If you would like your order to be sent to you again, you will be charged additional shipping costs.
